Ingredients

For the Granola

  • Honey: 85 g
  • Vegetable oil: 56 g
  • Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: ⅛ teaspoon
  • Vanilla: a small amount

For the Chia Pudding

  • Domino strawberry milk: 1 bottle
  • Chia seeds: 3–4 teaspoons

For the Strawberry Marmalade

  • Strawberries: 250 g
  • Water: 20 g
  • Sugar: 25–30 g

For the Strawberry Cream

  • Domino strawberry milk: 85 g
  • Domino cream: 60 g
  • Domino strawberry dessert: 100 g
  • Melted gelatin: 30 g

Instructions

How to Make the Granola

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the cranberries, then spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 150°C and stir the mixture every 10 minutes so it toasts evenly.
  3. In the last 10 minutes, add the chopped cranberries. Once the baking is done, set the granola aside to cool completely.

How to Make the Chia Pudding

  1. Mix the chia seeds with the Domino strawberry milk until well combined.
  2. Place the mixture in the refrigerator and let it sit until the chia seeds fully expand and the pudding reaches a thick, creamy consistency.
