  • Brown sugar: 30 g
  • Water: 60 g
  • Cold butter, cubed: 56 g
  • Baking powder: ¼ tsp
  • Cinnamon: as needed

  • Sugar: 142 g
  • Water: 17 g
  • Lemon juice: 17 g
  • Egg whites: 70 g

Instructions

How to Make the Biscuits

  1. Mix the cold butter and brown sugar with a mixer until creamy.
  2. Add the water and mix just until combined.
  3. Add most of the flour along with the cinnamon and baking powder, and continue mixing.
  4. Gradually add the remaining flour until the dough becomes cohesive and no longer sticky.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it into your desired shapes.
  6. Arrange the biscuits on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 15 minutes, until golden.

How to Make the Marshmallow Fluff

  1. Pour the water, lemon juice, and sugar into a saucepan and heat until the mixture reaches 90°C.
  2. Place the egg whites in the bowl of a mixer, then immediately pour the hot sugar syrup over them.
  3. Beat on high speed until the mixture becomes thick, fluffy, and glossy.

Final Assembly

  1. Spread a layer of Domino chocolate dessert at the bottom of your serving dish to create a rich chocolate base.
  2. Add the crushed biscuits on top to give the dessert a crunchy texture.
  3. Place a few scoops of Domino vanilla ice cream over the biscuit layer.
  4. Spoon the marshmallow fluff over the ice cream and smooth the surface with a palette knife.
  5. Use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the top of the marshmallow until golden and slightly caramelized.
  6. Finish by drizzling chocolate sauce over the top to complete the dessert’s final flavor.
