  • Domino strawberry milk: 125 g
  • Domino cream: 75 g
  • Domino strawberry dessert mix: 50 g
  • Sugar: 25 g
  • Gelatin sheets: 2

Ingredients for the Strawberry Jelly

  • Strawberry purée: 180 g
  • Sugar: 40 g
  • Water: 22 g
  • Gelatin sheets: 2
  • Chopped strawberries: 4–5 pieces

Ingredients for the Panna Cotta

  • Milk: 65 g
  • Cream: 65 g
  • Sugar: 30 g
  • Gelatin powder: 15 g

Instructions

How to Make the Sablé Dough

  1. Mix the flour, salt, vanilla, almond powder, and powdered sugar using a mixer or whisk.
  2. Add the egg and mix until the dough becomes smooth and uniform.
  3. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper or plastic wrap, then place it in the freezer for a short rest.
  4. Once chilled, cut the dough with a cookie cutter and place the pieces on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 165°C for 20–25 minutes.

  1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until they soften.
