Ingredients

  • Eggs: 4
  • Chocolate bar: 90 g

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients: Place the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and vanilla in a bowl and mix them together. Then gradually add the Domino milk and stir well until the mixture becomes completely smooth.
  2. Separate the eggs: Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Whisk the yolks with a little vanilla and set aside. Beat the egg whites until they become fluffy, then gradually add 300 g of sugar while continuing to whisk.
  3. Melt the chocolate: Melt the chocolate bar using the bain‑marie method (over hot steam). Once melted, add it to the whisked yolks and mix thoroughly.
  4. Final mixture: Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the chocolate–yolk mixture little by little, using circular motions so the batter stays light and airy.
  5. Prepare the mold: Grease the baking dish with butter and dust a little cocoa powder over the surface. Pour the mixture into the mold.
  6. Baking: Place the mold in a preheated oven at 185°C and bake for 10 minutes.
